I always wanted to be a super hero...

CTV used to have Fashion Television on at 10:30 in the morning which I would watch before I go to work. It has since been replaced with "Instant Star", but I am now kind of obsessed with British Columbian model, Coca Rocha. 

I also had a childhood obsession with the X-Men and my nickname has been Catwoman for the longest time. Oh who am I kidding. I'm still pretty obsessed with the X-Men and superheroes. 

Therefore this Vogue spread is pretty much amazing to me.

Does this girl need a makeover?

I saw this on The Sartorialist and I immediately saved it. Sure you could argue that it's blah because there isn't a whole lot going on, but the dress [especially the colour] is amazing. 

He also makes a point that the boots are unflattering because they hit at the widest part of the leg, but they're hardly unflattering on this specific girl. It's hard to imagine someone nitpicking at that specific detail when he shows outfits like these: 

Not to knock the outfits, because I personally wouldn't wear them. I commend these women for being unique, but they're not the most flattering choices in my opinion.

It's 24 degrees outside...

I wish I knew what magazine this is from, that way I could buy it and put some of these pictures up on my wall. 

Now forgetting the plaid socks, these clothes are kind of effortlessly cool and awesome.

The weather is finally looking up and that means open toed shoes yay! Or at the very least no more clunky boots.

I feel the need to invest in some nice open toed sandals, opposed to flip-flops. 

These three are from Old Navy and they're pretty impressive looking, therefore it won't be in the Old Navy in my town. 

Over the knee and through the woods

I don't know what it is, but there is something about this outfit with knee high socks seems so cool and chic.

I should start wearing them soon though, because it is definitely an article of clothing that suits the young and only suits the young. Except perhaps in the privacy of ones own bedroom but that's a little two creepy to discuss here.

23 days until my birthday.

I was so stylish with my Dalmatian sweater. You should see me in the denim dress with the ruffle trim. Luckily there is no actual documentation of that dress.
